I follow an alkaline vegan diet, inspired by Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide.
The alkaline diet is based on the idea that replacing acid-forming foods with alkaline foods can improve your health. (healthline.com)
Below are some resources that have been useful to me on this journey.
Nutritional Guide
Dr. Sebi’s Nutritional Guide is the road map for my diet and it’s important to give credit where it’s due. His philosophy in a nutshell, in my own words, promotes a high alkaline and electric diet vs a regimen that’s highly acidic. I follow the guide about 95%. On the About Me page I discuss what attracted me to his philosophy. To reference the guide that lists the ingredients I buy, cook with, and consume, click here.
Advocates for Dr. Sebi
Following a very particular diet regimen might seem “different” or “odd”. I’ll admit for me it did initially. I was hesitant but decided to go for it. I talk more about what prompted me to transition to this lifestyle in the My Journey posts. I can’t attest to the direct experience of others but I can speak to the great benefits that I’ve personally experienced since the transition. If you’re looking for more information or clarity Advocates for Dr. Sebi dissects and outlines who Dr. Sebi was and why his philosophy is so life changing.
